Waited over an hour after ordering to get a phone call from the delivery boy cussing me out saying my street doesn't exist couldn't get a word in to explain how to get here. Very rude I told him I did not want him at my house if he was like that. Called the store and the manager kept repeating hello. I replied with yes i'm here only for him to say good for you sarcastically. Would bot offer a discount and I still have yet to see my money back on my card although I didn't get food. Absolutely terrible, I ordered once before and never had a problem but after this me and my family will never order again. So unless you want rude employees and a delivery boy saying duck you cunt, I would not recommend

HOW ARE YOU GOING TO DENY AN ORDER. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. YOU HAVE BLOWN MY PHONE UP AFTER DELIVERING AN ORDER THAT I TIPPED GOOD ON TO COMPLAIN. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM MY FRIENDS FAMILY OR MYSELF.

Wonderful staff, I do not understand the negative comments toward the business or the staff; the food is exceptional for American Chinese cuisine, NOT oily, full of flavor. I would highly recommend this take-out Chinese to any of my friends, and I often do. I do not appreciate the lack of class, rude, ignorant patrons that have left negative comments.

My boyfriend and I just ordered food from Wok'N Roll on 17th and it was a let down. We've ordered from them in the past and the food was pretty good, these last few times the quality and flavor has taken a plunge. The food is overly oily and tasteless. A major disappointment.

Great food. Fast, hot and delicious. Plus they deliver!!Very friendly, if you are polite to them they are more than polite to you, in response to rude comments in reviews. I've never had a bad experience.

Terrible...chow mein with no noodles and with some horrible rice with PORK in it which I do NOT EAT...ugh.Mein or mian is simply the Chinese word for noodles. Lo Mein means "tossed noodles," while chow mein or chao mian means "fried noodles."Perhaps in Ocala y'all do it different.

Don't understand why the staff was so rude when I was trying to pay for my food. Maybe they don't understand how a business is supposed to be run. Your customers are your income.
